SHRIMP PILAU 
2-3 lbs. shrimp, boiled and deveined
2 tbsp. seafood seasoning
1 c. raw rice, cooked and used while hot
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
4 stems chopped celery
3 med. onions, chopped
3 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 stick butter

Saute onions, celery and peppers in butter. Add all other ingredients. Place in a large glass casserole dish or 3 aluminum loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. May be frozen.
