1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. milk

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

Mix together and place in a loaf pan or bowl. Mix together ingredients for sauce and place over heat. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Pour over meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
