CHICKEN FAJITA PIZZA 
1 tbsp. oil
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. red or green pepper strips
10 oz. can Pillsbury all ready pizza crust
1/2 c. mild salsa or picante sauce
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 chicken breasts, skinned, cut in strips

Stir fry chicken in oil for five minutes or until brown. Stir in chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Add onions and pepper strips. Stir fry until vegetables are crisp tender.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pizza pan (12 inch). Unroll dough and press into pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Spoon chicken over crust. Spoon salsa over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake an additional 14-18 minutes. (6 to 8 servings)
