MARTHA WASHINGTON CANDY | |
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar 1/4 lb. butter 1 condensed milk 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. pecans 1 box Bakers chocolate 1 slab paraffin Combine sugar, butter, milk and vanilla - mix thoroughly. Add nuts. Form mixture into balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler - dip balls in chocolate. Yield: 80-100 balls. For Peanut Butter Balls - Add 3 pints peanut butter. Omit vanilla and nuts. Finish per above recipe. |
