ALMOND - POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2-3 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a well greased-floured Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan.

While bread/cake is still hot, mix: 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 2 tsp. melted butter

Heat in pan. Pour over hot bread/cake. Freezes well.
