CUCUMBER - DILL SALAD | |
1 (4 serving) pkg. regular or sugar-free lime Jello 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. cold water (add ice to make 1 1/4 c.) 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. seeded, peeled cucumber, chopped 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1 tsp. dillweed Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add lemon juice. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in sour cream and remaining ingredients. Pour into bowl or mold and let set about 2 hours. |
