SAUCY SAUSAGES 
1 lb. turkey or beef sausage
Ketchup
1 or 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Boil sausage and cook until it begins to split. Remove from water and let cool. Cut into round slices.

In a saucepan, add sausage and enough ketchup to partially cover. Add horseradish and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat about 20-30 minutes.
