THE HOLIDAY CRUNCH | |
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1 can (3 oz.) Durkee real French fried onion rings Prepare macaroni as directed on package, drain. Brown ground beef, drain. Combine all ingredients except onion rings. Pour half the mixture into a 2 quart casserole, greased. Add 1/2 can onion rings. Cover with remaining mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onion rings and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. |
