3 jars of white onions
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
Dash salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. carrots, shredded

Heat butter and flour until smooth. Add half & half, salt and pepper, cook until thickens. Add onions and shredded carrots.
