NONI'S FRUIT KUCHEN 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. flour
4 c. fruit (sliced apples, peaches, pears or plums)
1 tbsp. butter

CREAM TOPPING:

1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sour cream

Toss flour, sugar and salt to mix. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Beat egg yolk with milk. Add to flour.

Press dough mixture against bottom and sides of greased 8 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons flour. Spread with fruit; sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) about 45 minutes.

For Topping: Beat egg yolk and sour cream. Pour over fruit after first 10 minutes of baking.
