AUNT ETTA'S KUCHEN 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Apples, peaches, or pears
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. heavy cream
2 egg yolks

Mix sugar and butter; add eggs. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt. If too dry, it will be sticky; add a little milk. Press up sides and on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, as thinly as possible. Arrange peeled and slices fruit over crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. As it is baking, mix cream and egg yolks. After 15 minutes, pour over fruit. You can fill it to the top, it will not overflow. Then bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
