CHICKEN MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. diced cooked chicken
2 c. boiled rice
1 c. green beans
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 chopped onion (2 1/2 inch size)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Saute onion in a little oil. Add chicken, rice, beans and mushrooms. Place in casserole. Combine soup and water. Pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. 10 servings 100 calories each.
