ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. (1 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, Parmesan cheese, eggs, seasonings; mix lightly. Press mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off drippings.

Combine tomato sauce and oregano; pour mixture over meat loaf. Top meat loaf with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, continue baking 30 minutes.
