ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. (1 oz.) Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients and press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off drippings.

Combine tomato sauce and oregano. Pour over loaf. Top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 8-10 servings.
