APPLE BUTTER PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. apple butter
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Combine sugar, eggs, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and apple butter; mix well. Add milk gradually; blend. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
