APPLE BUTTER PIE 
1/2 c. apple butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Pastry for 9" pie crust & strips for top
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk

Combine apple butter, beaten eggs, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; mix well. Add milk gradually to the mixture; blend well. Pour into unbaked shell. Top with lattice made from 1/2" wide strips of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
