IT AIN'T STROGANOFF | |
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cube butter 1 chopped onion 1 lb. ground beef 2 cans cream of chicken soup, concentrated 8 oz. sour cream 2 tbsp. wine or beer 1 pkg. flat noodles Salt and pepper to taste Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Pour wine over; stir a minute. Set aside. In large skillet, saute onions. When almost tender, push aside. Add meat, stirring until brown and crumbly. Drain. Add soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper. If too thick, add a little water or butter. Add mushrooms. Mix with noodles. Serve. |
