BAKED HASH BROWNS 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded American cheese
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
2 tbsp. dry onions
Salt & pepper

Press into 9"x13" cake pan; cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and then drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over the top. This can be prepared in advance but don't put the corn flakes on until you bake it.
