BAKED CORN PUDDING 
2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans yellow cream style corn
1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed fine
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix well. Pour into 2 quart greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
