LEPRECHAUN PIE 
1 c. milk
1/4 to 1/3 c. green creme de menthe liqueur
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (8 or 9 in.) chocolate crumb crust

Using electric mixer, beat milk and creme de menthe with pudding mix on low speed for 1 minute. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Turn into crumb crust. Chill for 1 hour or longer. Top with shaved semi sweet chocolate if desired.
