OKRA PICKLES | |
3 1/2 lbs. sm. okra pod 4-5 garlic cloves 1 qt. water 2 c. vinegar 1/3 c. canning salt 2 tsp. dill seed 3 hot peppers Prepare okra by packing into jars. Put a garlic clove in each jar. Combine water, vinegar, salt, dill seed and peppers. Bring to a boil, carefully pour hot liquid over okra. Process 10 minutes in water bath. |
