This is great for Christmas with white chips then sprinkles added after chips are smoothed out. After all sprinkles make everything better. Do put the salty side down for the crackers it makes a difference. You will not stop eating this.

A family favorite for years and so easy to make. Sometimes I put the salted side down for a more pronounced salted caramel taste. During the holiday baking I sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top of the melted chocolate. This year I am going to try white chocolate.

This recipe is one of my favorites. I love the mixture of the brown sugar and chocolate together. This recipe does not have nuts but I add 1 cup finely chopped nuts after you spread chocolate chips.

I had a piece of this at work and it was wonderful. I tried it and it was a complete bomb. The brown sugar butter mixture looked fine, but when cooled it had sugared, the chips didn't melt even after popping it back in the oven for a bit. But then again I have problems with no bakes too.

I add popped popcorn before putting in the oven. Then melt chocolate in a bowl and drizzle chocolate over popcorn and caramel.

This candy is as close as you will ever come to making homemade TOFFEE without actually going through the process of making toffee. It taste the very same to me. Try both milk chocolate chips on top AND dark chocolate chips too. yummmm

I use graham crackers instead of saltines and add 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans to the butter and brown sugar mix, after mix comes to a boil, cook for 2 min. Bake in 350°F oven 10 min. Awesome!!
