BANANA BREAD 
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. orange juice
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. flour

In a large bowl, mix together sugar, eggs and oil. Add sour cream, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and orange juice. Stir until well blended. Add mashed banana. Add walnuts, flour and mix well. Pour batter into lightly greased 12 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 4" loaf pan. Bake 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Test for doneness with a cake tester or toothpick. Serves 12.
