2 (12 oz.) boxes shredded potatoes or 1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes 1 (12 oz.) sour cream 1 can cream of celery soup 3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 onion (chopped fine) 1 stick butter Salt and pepper to taste Mix all together. Put in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Melt 1 stick butter and crush corn flakes together. Sprinkle on top. |
