CHICKEN MARILYN 
2 chickens, cut up
Lawry's seasoned salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 1/2 tsp. whole sweet basil
2 1/2 tsp. whole thyme leaves
3/4 c. wine
1 tbsp. parsley
2 1/2 tsp. summer savory
5 stocks celery, cut up
1 bell pepper, cut up
2 lg. onions, cut up
1 1/2-2 c. fresh mushrooms
5 carrots, cut up
1 lg. can tomatoes, optional

Brown chicken in a nonstick pan. Do not use any oil. Let chicken brown in own juice. While chicken is browning, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Be generous with seasonings. Place chicken in Dutch oven or large roasting pan. Add seasonings and vegetables. Pour wine over top. Cover, bake in microwave oven 15-20 minutes or bake in regular oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Chicken may be made without vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
