MICROWAVE FRIED CHICKEN 
3 to 4 halved chicken breasts with ribs attached
Lawry's seasoned salt

Skin, wash and dry chicken breast. Place in a round covered dish (about 2 1/2 to 3 inches high). Place heavy part to outside with flesh side up, sprinkle with Lawry's salt, microwave at high for 6 to 7 minutes, revolving at 2 minute intervals. Remove from microwave and turn over pieces, now the bone side is up, sprinkle with Lawry's salt and return to microwave for 6 to 7 minutes, revolving at 2 minute intervals.

Note: If your microwave has a turntable in it, do use it, otherwise invest in a portable turntable. Mine cost $39.00 and well worth every cent! You can also use thighs or legs in same manner. Experiment with time, do NOT overcook, it toughens meat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
