DARYL'S FAVORITE HOT CHICKEN
SALAD
 
3 lg. chicken breasts
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Boil chicken until tender and cut into large chunks. Combine all ingredients and place in oblong dish 11 1/2 x 13 inches (except cheese and chips). Let stand overnight. Top with cheese and chips. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
