BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion
1 tsp. dill weed
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
10 oz. can mushroom soup
Rice or noodles
Salt & pepper

Cut 1 pound beef into thin strips 1 x 2 inches and brown in oil with 1 onion chopped, salt, pepper and dill weed. Add can of soup and then sour cream. Heat thoroughly and avoid boiling. Serve over cooled rice or noodles and garnish with a little chopped parsley.
