BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
6 tsp. beef booster
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
3 1/2 lb. sirloin steak in thin strips
3 c. water
3 tbsp. tomato paste (optional)
3/4 c. sour cream
8 c. cooked rice or noodles

Melt 2/3 cup butter and add onions and mushrooms. In another pan melt remaining butter and brown sirloin steak. To meat add water, beef booster, salt and onion mixture. Cover and simmer until beef is tender. Add remaining ingredients (except rice or noodles). Serve over noodles or rice. This serves 10-12.
