BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. beef (use round or sirloin steak)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch curry powder
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
10 1/2 oz. can of cream of chicken undiluted or beef bouillon
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Cooked noodles or rice

Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve on noodles or rice and sprinkle with parsley. 4 to 6 servings. May be cooked in an electric skillet at 350 degrees.
