OVER-NIGHT SALAD 
2 lg. cans cubed pineapple
2 lg. cans white cherries
1 lb. marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream

Dice marshmallows. Combine with drained cherries and pineapple. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon over that, stir good and let stand 20 minutes. Put in colander and drain 2 hours. Make custard of 1 egg yolk and half cup milk. Cool. Whip cream and fold in custard, then fruit. Put in refrigerator and let stand overnight. Excellent to serve with nut bread or cream cheese sandwiches.
