CHERRY CRUMB NOODLES 
1 lb. med. noodles
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 to 4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Juice of half lemon
1 can cherry pie filling
Graham crackers, crushed, set aside

Boil noodles and drain. Add melted butter, well beaten eggs, cottage cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with cherries. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter (2 tablespoons) and spread on top of cherries. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes more. Let cool before slicing. 18 to 20 servings.
