GRANDMA'S NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. med. egg noodles, cooked al dente
1 stick butter
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 can apple pie filling
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 rounded tsp. cinnamon

Mix together apple pie filling and apricot preserves.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and cinnamon. Add filling; pour into drained noodles. Distribute evenly into greased 9 x 12 inch lasagna pan. Sprinkle with additional sugar/cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
