GRANDMA'S NOODLE KUGEL 
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. wide noodles (6 oz. pkg.) cooked and drained
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, salt, cinnamon and beaten eggs in bowl. Blend well. Combine with cooked noodles. Put in 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until knife comes out clean from middle.
