BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
Broccoli
1 onion, cut up
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 qt. half & half cream

Cut up broccoli fine. Add enough water to cover with 1 onion; cook until tender. Add 3 chicken bouillon cubes, mix 3 tablespoons flour with 1/2 stick butter that has been melted and add to the broccoli, stirring to dissolve. Add 1 quart half & half.
