MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Work in flour and nuts. Chill several hours before shaping into balls. Bake in 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
