HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix Use 12 x 15 inch cake pan. 2 cans crushed pineapple 2 lg. pkgs. Jello with pudding mix (vanilla cook and serve) 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 pkg. coconut 2 tbsp. butter Prepare cake by directions on box. Cool. Drain pineapple. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Spread cooled pudding over pineapple. Have Cool Whip at room temperature. Spread over pudding. Toast coconut in butter in heavy skillet on top of stove, stirring constantly. When browned cool. Spread on top of Cool Whip. |
