CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lg. head iceberg lettuce, shredded into thin long strips
1 cooked chicken, shredded
Alfalfa sprouts
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 pkg. won ton wrappers (cut into narrow strips)
Sesame seeds

Toss all ingredients (except won ton wrappers) into large bowl. In a frying pan, over medium heat and using cooking oil, quick fry won ton pieces until crispy brown. Use about 1/2 of the package. Drain oil off of the fried won tons and add to the salad.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. soy sauce

Mix together and toss through the salad.
