CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; cut wings at joints (discard tips). Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan; mix to blend. Place over medium heat and cook 5 minutes. Cool. Place wings in shallow pan. Brush with sauce and cook 1 hour turning occasionally and brush with remaining sauce.
