CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings, cut up
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sweet and sour sauce

Place wings in zip-lock plastic bag. Put remaining ingredients in blender and mix 1 minute. Pour over wings and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Turn bag several times. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn half way during cooking.
