CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
SAUCE:

1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. ketchup
Garlic salt

Arrange chicken wings flat in a pan that has been sprayed with Pam. (I like to use an aluminum foil pan so I can throw it out.) Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix sauce in a bowl and pour over chicken.

Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn once.
