MEXICAN FUDGE 
Mix 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese and 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese together.

Mix the following together: 1/2 c. green taco sauce

Place half of cheese mixture in bottom of a 9x9 pan. Cover with taco sauce and egg mixture; then the last half of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cut in 1 inch squares and serve warm on tostado chips.
