LEMON - DILL CHICKEN SAUTE 
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg. Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook on both sides about 5 minutes each side or until golden brown. Cover and cook 5 more minutes.
