FRESH APPLE VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
3 red apples
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salad greens

Combine celery, almonds, pineapple and cheese cubes. Core apples; do not peel. Slice thin or dice; add to pineapple mixture. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise; add to fruit mixture. Toss until thoroughly combined. Serve on salad greens. Serves 6.
