MAMA'S CHILI SAUCE 
30 lg. tomatoes (very ripe), peel, core and chop
2 lg. onions, diced
2 sweet peppers, diced
2 hot peppers, diced
12 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. strong vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Put tomatoes in large vessel and bring to a boil, dipping out lots of juice. Then add the other ingredients. Cook slowly until thick and can in sterilized jars.
