MARY IVY'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream, unsweetened
2 c. red grapes, seeded and quartered
1 c. nuts, chopped

Grind cranberries and mix with sugar. Drain. Mix in everything else and chill. (Mrs. Ivy puts whipped cream in just before serving.)

Mrs. Ivy's recipe calls for 2 cups sugar. I find that 1/2 cup is plenty.
