MARY'S GREEN SALAD 
2 or 3 eggs (hard cooked)
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 head iceburg lettuce
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Fresh mushrooms

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. large curd cottage cheese

Mix dressing and chill. Make green salad and serve with chilled dressing.
