BAKED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings, cut in 2 pieces, discard tips
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water

Arrange wings in shallow baking dish. In saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, mustard, and water and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Pour over wings and marinate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with sauce. Drain on paper towel and serve. Makes about 2 dozen.
