CHEESE, HAM, BROCCOLI STRATA 
12 slices white bread
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
2 c. diced, cooked ham
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook and drain broccoli. With a doughnut cutter or larger and small glasses, cut out 12 doughnuts from the bread. Remove crusts from bread scraps and fit scraps into the bottom of a 9"x13"x2" baking pan.

Layer the cheese, broccoli and ham on the bread scraps. Place the doughnut shaped bread over the layered ingredients. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Serves 12.
