NOODLE BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped onion
5 c. water
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
7 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
5 c. milk
1 lb. grated American cheese
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic

Saute onion in butter. Add water and bouillon; bring to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles broken in pieces and cook until almost tender (6 minutes). Add remainder of ingredients. Heat (do not boil) only until cheese is melted. (If you like it a little thicker, simmer it a little longer) or put in crock pot for several hours.
